1. Can I book a limo directly from your website?

Yes. Fill out our online reservation system in detail to request a quote. You will receive a reference number and confirmation email. A US Limo representative will contact you shortly to complete your reservation.

2. How can I open a corporate account with US Limo?

Fill out our online reservation system in detail to request a quote. A US Limo representative will contact you shortly to create a corporate account.

3. What are the benefits of opening a corporate account with US Limo?

Opening a corporate account with US Limo allows you the flexibility to view and edit your account at any time. The advantages include, among others, checking the status of your reservation, changing location or payment info and adding passengers to your reservation.

4. What are your hours of business?

US Limo is always available to its clients by operating 24 hours a day all year long.

5. Do you accept all forms of payment?

Yes. US Limo accepts all major credit cards or cash.

6. How far in advance should I make my reservation?

At US Limo, we prefer at least a 24 hour advance notice for airport pickups, parties, etc. A two to three hour advance notice is also acceptable for many pickups.

Wedding packages are also available on short term notice but we strongly urge early booking for complete satisfaction.

7. How much should I tip the chauffeur?

The tip is based on your satisfaction in the services provided by the chauffeur. You can tip the drivers at the end of your reservation or add it to your credit card payment.

8. What is your cancellation policy?

After a client has made a reservation with US Limo and paid the full amount, there will be no refunds issued on cancelled, terminated or shortened events.

9. How do I confirm my US Limo reservation?

To confirm your reservation, please call us at 866.838.5466 to speak with a customer service representative.

10. How long has US Limo been in business?

US Limo has been in the limousine business for the last 10 years.

11. Is there a fee to make a reservation?

No. US Limo does not charge any fees to make reservations.

12. I need a quote, how do I get one?

Fill out our online reservation system to request a quote. You will receive a reference number and a US Limo representative will contact you shortly. You can also call us at 866.838.5466 to talk to a customer service representative directly.

13. Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?

Yes. You will need to provide a valid credit card to hold your reservation. We do require a deposit to hold the reservation, which is nonrefundable.

14. Do you provide airport transfers?

Yes. Providing airport transfers is one of US Limo’s specialties.

15. Once at the airport, where will I meet my chauffeur?

Your chauffeur can meet you either curbside or at baggage claim. If you do not request to meet at baggage claim however, the driver will meet you curbside.

16. What should I do if my flight number changes or any other changes occur?

If there are any changes to your flight, please call at 888.454.6631 right away so that we can inform your driver.

17. How far in advance should I reserve my airport pickup?

At US Limo, we prefer at least a 24 hour advance notice for airport pickups. A two to three hour advance notice is also acceptable for many pickups.

18. Is it more expensive in general to get picked up at the airport?

Yes. Because airport pickups require more time, it is generally more expensive.

19. What is your vehicle collection like?

US Limo offers various vehicles from Sedans, Mercedes’ to Lincoln Stretch Limousines, Excursions and Hummers in all sizes.

20. What is your service area in California?

US Limo services most of Southern California including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Diego and San Bernardino Counties.

21. In what color can I get my vehicle of choice?

Our vehicles come in black or white. Check out our fleet to learn more about the individual vehicles.

22. What are the standard amenities in the limousines?

All of US Limo stretch limousines come fully equipped with color TVs, CD or DVD players, fully stocked complimentary wet bars and fiber optic lighting. Check out our fleet to learn more about the individual vehicles.

23. Can I make a special request?

Yes. With advance notice, our clients can make special requests and we will do our best to fulfill them.

24. What types of drinks are available in the vehicle?

Our limousines are stocked with liquor, sodas, water and ice. Also, we provide glassware and napkins. If the reservation is made more minors, all liquor will be removed from the vehicle.

25. Do I have to pay for the drinks, too?

No. There is no charge for the drinks inside the vehicle.

26. When do I get billed for my reservation?

If you are paying by credit card, US Limo will charge the card one week before the reservation. If you are paying by cash, we will authorize the full amount on the card for verification and you can pay the driver upfront on the day of your reservation.   

27. What is the minimum hourly requirement? 

From Sunday to Thursday, the minimum requirement is four hours. On Saturday mornings, the minimum is four hours while the afternoon and evening minimum is five hours. During Wedding or Prom Season, the hourly requirement on Saturdays can increase to eight hours.

28. Can I request a driver?

Yes. Clients can request drivers in advance and we will do our best to fulfill the request.

29. Do you charge for each stop during the event?

No. US Limo does not charge for each stop during an event. Our rates are flat and include no hidden fees or surcharges.

30. How are US Limo’s chauffeurs dressed?

All of US Limo’s drivers are dressed in formal suits.

31. How many vehicles are available in your fleet?

At US Limo, we currently have 35 vehicles in our fleet. Check out our fleet to learn more about the individual vehicles.

32. When does my reservation time start?

Your reservation time starts when the US Limo chauffeur arrives at your door.

33. Am I responsible for parking or incidental fees?

Yes. You are responsible for all parking, incidental or additional fees and services.

34. Am I elgible for the "FREE Limo Service"?

" Free Limo Service" is based on a minimum of 5 paid hours Monday-Sunday and is subject to change without notice.  "Free Limo Service" must be mentioned at the time of booking or requesting a quote.

34. What are your terms and conditions for US Limo?

Credit Card payments are collected a week before the reservation while all cash payments are collected at the beginning of the event. Any overtime will be billed at the prevailing rate at hourly increments. Hanging out of the sunroof is not permitted and doing so will lead to the termination of service without any refund. Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicles. The Client and client’s guests also agree to maintain full legal posture during the course of service.

The Client waives all or any claims of liability, damage, loss, injury or theft and agrees to fulfill payment without any dispute or charge-back rights regardless of the claim. The Client also accepts full liability for client, client’s guests and/or client affiliation. The Client also agrees to the following rates: $550 for each, if any, cigarette burns; $350 for vomiting; $350 for gum or glitter on carpets; $50 for each broken or missing glass or decanter; $600 for missing or damaged Emergency Exit. US Limo cannot be held responsible for traffic conditions, mechanical difficulties, flight delays or any other unforeseen circumstances.

After a client has made a reservation with US Limo and paid the full amount, there will be no refunds issued on cancelled, terminated or shortened events, no exceptions. At the time of booking, all of US Limo’s vehicles are quoted subject to availability. The rates are subject to change without prior notice. There is a deposit requirement at the time of booking and is nonrefundable. All multiple day reservations that require branded or wrapped vehicles will be charged in one hour increments per day until all logos or trademarks are removed.
* Book any limousine with US Limo Monday through Thursday for five or more hours and receive two additional hours free.

The Client also agrees that he or she is fully satisfied with all terms of service mentioned in this agreement.
